vampires and snot

My healer, Alice, has me on a 6-cloves-in-6-hours garlic remedy to blast this snotty cold out of my system. It's stupid to catch a cold 2 weeks before leaving the country. When a flu wiped out half of the Yeshiva 2 weeks ago, somehow I stayed pristine. But one of my heaters is moldy, and it was on all through Shabbes, so that might be somewhat to blame. Needless to say, I stink. Not that I can smell it, so I'm pretty content about the whole thing.
Sometimes people's comments are opaque to me. Not that I don't enjoy them, I just have no idea what to do with them.
Beyond that, it's chilly here, skies have been blue this week, and this blog is kinda dragging.... what to do?

Dude, you can go higher than 6 cloves of garlic in six hours.

I used to make a garlic pasta that used an entire bulb of garlic, and I'd down that in under an hour.

Of course, that tended to make my nose bleed. Garlic thins out the blood, you know. Which is why it's so good for the cardiopulminary system.

Anyway, don't be wary of upping your garlic intake.

Well, garlic is rumoured to keep the vampires away. But snot is scared s#*tless of vampires. So where does that leave you with your gallon bag of snot and a desire to keep all your blood in your veins?

Dear Stu,
Those pictures you took are amazing. Absolute beuty. I love them. Thank you for sharing them. I"m here in Little Rhody and I have yet to see snow. So to see that, was amazing. I could say more but I woudln't know the right words to do you justice. No kidding.
On another gross note, did you know that we actually swallow about a bathtub worth of snot a year. Yummy!!!!!!
A good thing I like to do in order to releave myself of illness is a ginger bath.( NO relation to a snot bath.) Take 5-6 tablespoons worth of ginger or enough for you to smell, put it in you running super hot water. The ginger will open up pours all over your body to get the toxins out. It's great for draining the nose too. For dry skin put a little baby oil in. For fun add Bubbles. (She lives down the street. Hehehe.) But afterwards drink some water, juices and other things are good to keep your sytems running but straight up H2O is where its at. Your body will want to flush more toxins. After the bath you will sleep like a baby.(So don't plan to much after.) I've grown up doing this my whole life. I thought my parents were just weird until I relized it worked. Honey in tea is another great thing. It has low level proteins in it. There is a little info for you. Hope it helps.(Not the doctor.)
Things are going well. I'm actually waitng for the cold. There is something very soothing about it, a global cleansing of sorts, we need it. Take care and hope you feel better Stu.
